Ocado Half-Time Delivery Bundles Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter of the Ocado Half-Time Delivery Bundles service ("Service") is Ocado Retail Limited, Apollo Court, 2 Bishop Square, Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9NE ("Ocado", "we", "us", or "our").

2. The Service

2.1 The Service offers eligible applicants the opportunity to receive a pre-selected Ocado Half-Time Delivery Bundle delivered during designated delivery windows on specified dates.

2.2 Deliveries will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Booking Periods

3.1 Booking for deliveries taking place on 17 June 2026 opens at 12:00pm on 15 June 2026 and closes at 5:00pm on 16 June 2026.

3.2 Booking for deliveries taking place on 23 June 2026 opens at 12:00pm on 21 June 2026 and closes at 5:00pm on 22 June 2026.

3.3 Booking for deliveries taking place on 27 June 2026 opens at 12:00pm on 25 June 2026 and closes at 5:00pm on 26 June 2026.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The Service is open to individuals who:

a) are aged 18 years or over; and

b) reside within one of the eligible postcode areas listed in Clause 5.2.

4.2 No purchase is necessary to book a delivery.

4.3 Deliveries will take place during the following delivery windows:

  • Between 9:45pm and 10:00pm on Wednesday 17 June 2026;

  • Between 9:45pm and 10:00pm on Tuesday 23 June 2026; and

  • Between 10:45pm and 11:00pm on Saturday 27 June 2026.

4.4 Proof of age may be required upon delivery.

4.5 The Service is not open to:

a) employees, officers or contractors of Ocado Retail Limited or Mischief PR;

b) anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the Service; or

c) immediate family members or affiliates of any of the above.

4.6 Only one booking is permitted per person and per household.

4.7 Deliveries may only be made to residential addresses and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

5. Availability and Delivery Areas

5.1 There are a total of 12 deliveries available. For each delivery date, two deliveries will be made in London and two deliveries will be made in Manchester.

6. Delivery Bundles

6.1 Successful applicants must select one of the following bundle options:

  • Best of British

  • Host Nation Hotlist

  • Global Flavours

6.2 Each bundle contains a pre-determined selection of food, drink and/or party items.

6.3 Bundle contents are subject to availability and may be substituted with products of equal or greater value at Ocado's discretion.

6.4 Full product details, ingredients and allergen information are available via the individual product pages.

7. Allergens and Dietary Requirements

7.2 Products may be reformulated from time to time. Customers should always review the allergen and ingredient information provided on the individual product packaging before consumption.

7.3 We are unable to accommodate dietary requirements, allergies, substitutions or amendments to bundle contents.

8. Delivery Conditions

8.1 Deliveries will only be made to the address provided during booking.

8.2 Alternative delivery dates or delivery times are not available.

8.3 Ocado Retail Limited accepts no responsibility for failed deliveries arising from:

a) inaccurate or incomplete delivery information;

b) the recipient not being available during the allocated delivery window; or

c) circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8.4 Bundles are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

9. Communications

9.1 Successful applicants will be contacted by ocadomischiefteam@mischiefpr.com to confirm their booking and provide delivery reminders.

9.2 If a successful applicant wishes to cancel their booking, they should contact the above email address as soon as possible.

10. Administration of the Service

10.1 The Service is administered on behalf of Ocado Retail Limited by Quickfire Digital Ltd (Company Number: 09932728), registered office: 4 Barton Way, Norwich, England, NR1 1DL.

10.2 Information submitted via the booking form will not be shared with Ocado Retail Limited for marketing purposes.

11. Data Protection

11.1 By applying for the Service, applicants acknowledge that their personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering the Service and fulfilling deliveries.

11.2 Where necessary, personal data may be shared with third parties solely for the administration and fulfilment of the Service.

11.3 For further information about how personal data is processed, please refer to Ocado's Privacy Policy.

12. General

12.1 We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or withdraw a delivery where an applicant breaches these Terms and Conditions or acts contrary to the spirit of the Service.

12.2 All booking instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.

12.3 By applying for the Service, participants agree to be bound by:

a) these Terms and Conditions; and

b) Ocado's general terms and conditions.

12.4 We reserve the right to suspend, amend, cancel or withdraw the Service at any time where reasonably necessary to do so.

12.5 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12.7 Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
